9.1 and Up – $4.00 (.08 ml)

Dogs (Must Be 7 Weeks of Age or Older)

4 – 11 Pounds – $2.00 (.04 ml)

11.1 – 21 Pounds – $4.00 (.08 ml)

21.1 – 55 Pounds – $8.00 (2.5 ml)

55 Pounds and Up – $12.00 (4 ml)
